I Bought A Vitastiq – Home Test for 26 Vitamins and Minerals
I thought I would do a post to let you know I bought a Vitastiq, which tests for 26 Vitamins and Minerals. Its user friendly, the one I bought is bluetooth, you install an app on your phone, and you’re away.
It did take a bit of practice. I think I’m not quite there yet with an accurate reading, but I will do it a few more times to get a baseline level for each of the vitamins and minerals.
It uses acupuncture points, on your fingers, toes, face and trunk. The first time I did it I forgot to wash my hands, and I think I will wash my feet and wet the various points around my body as well. I also didnt press down like the person in this video pressed. But it maybe that I don’t need to and I was doing it OK anyway.
You need to make sure you calibrate it first, and perhaps use the same pressure when doing the points that you did when you calibrated it.
My biggest thing was I wanted to test for Vitamin D, because thats a special blood test on it’s own. I love the range of vitamins it tests for, and once youve got your readings it tells you what foods to eat to get more of those vitamins and minerals into you.
The vitamins and minerals it tests for are:
Biotin
Calcium
Chromium
CoEnzymeQ10
Copper
Folic Acid
Glucosamine
Iodine
Iron
Magnesium
Manganese
Omega 3-6 Fatty Acids
Potassium
Selenium
Sodium
Vitamin A
Vitamin B1
Vitamin B12
Vitamin B2
Vitamin B3
Vitamin B5
Vitamin B6
Vitamin C
VItamin D
VItamin E
Zinc
I thought the shipping was a great price, and it arrived really fast as well.
