I’m deeply saddened by the shocking news today that an old friend, Loren Teague, passed away early December 2009 from breast cancer that had metastised. I met Loren online in the 90s when we were two budding writers. We formed Pen and Ink Services and worked on editing manuscripts together. We met only once but that didn’t seem to be an issue because it was like we were next door neighbours, running an internet business in the early days of the internet.

Loren realised her dream of being a published novelist. Her books are on amazon, just google her name.

She was born in Scotland and she had an amazing ability to describe scenery and create an atmosphere that you literally felt you were standing in that countryside.

When we moved on from our business together, we used to connect in every year on Anzac Day, one of us emailing the other and talking about that day which we both felt a connection with. Her parents both passed away in the time I knew her and I know this had a huge impact on her. Last time we connected, she was always bright and optimistic.

She was only 50 and was survived by her son, Sam.

Go well Loren, thank you for the time we spent together, I will miss you, and I love you heaps. xxxx

I’m part way through reading Caroline Myss’s book, Defying Gravity. There’s a section in her book which has a profound effect on me, the capitals explain it all. Really captures why we find it hard to let go,let god. If we let any hurt, betrayal, injustice go, if we hand it over, decide to forgive, then our anger and pain isn’t there to shield us. But it’s a paradox of course.

This is the second most common question I get asked after “What’s he feeling and thinking?”.  As if being on your own is the most gawd awful situation to find yourself in. I mean, if you can’t stand being with yourself for one minute, who else is going to be able to.

This also sets up rebound relationships which are way more intense than a normal relationship. Often they are relationships that we run to, to escape the last one, and we drag all those unreolved issues with us, just waiting to surge forth and comtaminate that new relationship.

If you haven’t dont the emotional work to get over the last relationship, then your energy is going to be not fully available, and you will attract someone who is comfortable with you not being fully present.

The rough guide on how long you need to process the end of a relationship is about one month for every year you were with that person. Probably more or less on how you handle moving on. But you’re well advised to take that time, otherwise sure as eggs you’ll have all those issues you haven’t resolved about yourself, dragged into the next relationship.

So slow it down, take your time and do the healing work to move forward, where you can stand in a place of empowerment, ready for a relationship when you feel like one, not because you have to have one or you will crumple.

Sounds pretty logical but it’s not!

This by far is the most popular question I’m asked as a psychic.

If it was that easy to ask him what hes feeling or thinking, then there’d be no need to ask a psychic. There’s a very common theme as far as this type of relationship goes, by the time I’m asked. Women get anxious when there’s distance in a relationship. When he’s silent and when he’s not communicating. For whatever reason it’s got to that stage, where the man chooses not to communicate his feelings or intentions, I know that only on the rare occasion all is well in their world. And he’s just the quiet type.

I think often times some women go for these types  in the start of a relationship, because he is mysterious, because he isn’t telling them what to do and smothering them, and because we want what we can’t have and him being a wee bit emotionally unavailable hooks us in. So when they want him to talk, thats not they type of guy they’ve chosen.

Initially in a relationship we want to see the other person the way we want to see them, we see the good stuff, that’s why we’re so delirious, but that initial romance novel stage always wears off. And often times the trait we liked in our partner initially is the thing that bugs us in the end.

If it’s got to the stage that you have to ask a psychic what he’s thinking, then there are more ingrained problems than just knowing the answer.

I’m not saying don’t ask, but be aware that not being able to ask him is part of your problem to start with.

Some might debate whether we are at the end of the decade ending 2009. Or is it 2010? My sense by the energy around is that we are at the end of the decade now. Alot of people seem to be reviewing the last 10 years energetically. So were they a good 10 years for you? Was this last year of 2009 a year of completion? Do you feel ready for growth and change and new beginnings next year?

I’ve had a huge year of change this last year. It’s been a year of 2 steps forward 1 step back. But generally I’m moving in the right directions. It’s been a year to stand on my own two feet and even though it was scary at times I feel I’ve risen to the occasion and the Universe has certainly met me at the cutting edge.

I know next year is going to be a year of thriving, not just surviving. What’s your energetic plan for next year? A time for growth and expansion?

There’s many reasons why a psychic offers free readings. Either they’re starting out and need the practice, or they’re drumming up business and offering a competition, or they think that all things spiritual shouldn’t have a dollar amount attached to it.

I think two things happen when you receive a free readng. You just don’t care that much about it. You didn’t pay for it, so it’s not got the same emotional attachment than if you did pay for it. So imagine if you paid $1 for a reading, or $100. You’re going to make sure you get your money’s worth out of the $100 reading. You have a different intention, a different involvement and you’re placing a different value on it.

Also, if a pychic is offering a free reading then they either don’t think they’re good enough to charge money, just in case they’re wrong, but hey, we’ve all been there and I’m grateful to the people who let me practice on them. But I bet none of them remember my readings lol. Or, we want to entice you with a free reading, we are doing a sales pitch.

There’s a new trend these days on the pay sites for readings. Alot of freebie seekers around. But it’s just the same, if you want a free reading, thinking you can trick the psychic into giving you something for nothing, then you’re just not going to trust what they say anyway, because of the way your reading was given.

I’m not saying you have to pay megabucks for a reading, but getting a free reading isn’t all its cracked up to be.

Often times people try Soul Realignment as a last resort, they’ve tried everything else. That was the case for me. They have issues that they just can’t shake, trying psychotherapy, energy healing, eft, prescription drugs and other modalities.

In 2002 I had an abortion. It totally rocked the foundation and core of my being. I went into a deep depression even though at a head level I understood why I did it and why it had to be that way. Whatever spiritual journey I was on before that, terminating a life sent me on one of the deepest and most intense quests I’d ever been on. It’s what instigated me doing psychic and mediumship readings.

I tried everything, therapy, ho’oponono, eft, emotrance, and quite a few more modaliies, Im sure it was peeling away at the onion of the issue. But it wasn’t until I found Andrea Hess’s website for Soul Realignment that I felt I was closer to understanding what was going on. If I look at it from a spiritual point of view, then what I have learned along the way has been the a huge basis of my experience and knowledge. There’s no motivator like pain.

I didn’t bother to have a reading with Andrea, I dove right in and started learning Soul Realignment Level 1. I felt like I had arrived home. So much of it felt right, some of it felt like I was in a Star Wars movie, but there was no doubting the information, even if I did struggle with it for a while.

Every Soul Realignment reading I do for other people is just one step further along the track of truly understanding the magnitude and maginificence in healing the journey of the Soul and all the blocks we have carried through time that are still impacting us now. Things like karma, entities, curses, bindings, vows, spells and a whole lot more.

I did feel that reading the Akashic records sounded a bit woowoo, I was never one of those new agey space cadets, but theres no mistaking that it works when I do read them. And theres no mistaking the difference it makes in peoples lifes when they have the healing attached to the reading.

Incidentally, one night a few weeks ago I woke up and I heard that it had been 7 years (quite a spiritual number in terms of a cycle) and that my karma was paid now for the abortion. So even though that seems like a powerless place to be in, there is no way I would be in the place I am now if I hadn’t spent 7 long years turning over every stone to find an answer. I physically feel different to after the healing, as if something has lifted off me.

I know I was lead to Soul Reaiignment, I feel that I’ve not found anything up until this point that covers everything that I believe in. -Clearing out blocks and restrictions, information on the Souls journey, and the relationship that we have with people in our present lives and from our past lives. I’m truly in awe of Spirit and our journey through our lifetimes and how it’s impacting us today. And we are not powerless to do anything about it.

I’m very down to earth. My approach to my readings is very practical. I’ll never tell you what to do in my readings, but I hope that I can provide enough information so that things seem clearer for you. I love all things spiritual but it all has to be grounded as far as I’m concerned. What good is spirituality if it can’t be applied to our 3rd dimensional reality (human existance).

Before our appointment time I like to sit quietly and tune in and come up with information without being influenced by anything you say. Often times what I’ve picked up here is what is important in the reading.

Its a good idea to have some questions for the reading. If you make them vague then there’s vague answers. Best to steer clear of things like, tell me about my love life, or how’s my life going in general. The more specific you are, the more specific I can be.

I really don’t like to answer questions like: Will I pass my exams? Will I get into that team? Imagine if i said No. What a psychic says can hold alot of weight and even if you don’t believe it, it can play on your mind.

It’s desirable for you to be open about what I’m going to say, ultimately you are in charge of your life and if you disagree with me, thats fine, I am not the power in your life. Often times we can only accept our circumstances in stages. This is usually the case if you’re in a relationship that’s perhaps at the final stages and breaking up in immenent. If you’re in denial then hearing that you need to move on, is hard to hear.

The future is not set in stone, I am reading the energy that you have, right now. There are two aspects that come through for me. I will either see how it pans out for the future, like there’s a high likelihood, or I see that what is going to happen only occurs if you take the steps to get there. After all youre not a victim of fate, sometimes you have to take action for things to occur in your life. If I see that yes, you will meet someone in December, then that doesn’t mean you just sit at home watching TV and not putting yourself in situations where you meet people. You are a co-creator or your reality.

Psychics aren’t freaks of nature, they are no different than artists who have honed their craft. We can all draw but some of us are better at it than others. The same applies to psychics.

I don’t tune into people unless I’m asked. So if you’re thinking I know what youre thinking, and I care, I don’t. lol.  I respect your privacy and boundaries. I am not an all seeing eye in the sky, I’m not God.
